It comes with a drop-side rail that is able to be easily lowered to feed your child in the evening without disturbing them or causing them to get out of bed. This is ideal for breastfeeding mothers! It's also lightweight, making it easy to move around the house during naps and for travelling.
It's made of soft materials and features mesh sides that are breathable to help promote airflow. It is available in charcoal or oak with various melange fabrics that can be incorporated with a variety of styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure when attached to her bed, with the legs securely clicking into place and the zips secure to ensure baby safety. It took Anna about 10 minutes to put it together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions, a video and a customer support number if you encounter any issues.
The CoZee crib has all the features you'd think of in a crib for your bed, including the ability to attach it to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connection system. It also comes with six height settings. In addition there is an inclined feature that can be used to aid babies with congestion or reflux. It's also machine washable, a necessity for all the dribbles and vomit that come with having a newborn!
If you're looking to keep your baby close to you during the first six months when they're able to go to sleep on their own, the CoZee is a great choice because it can be used as a stand-alone crib, changing table and toddler bed. With the addition of a sofa bed extension kit, it can be transformed into an actual crib. While it won't be able to magically make your baby sleep or feed them, it will rock the baby and take them to school.

This is one of the more expensive options. However, it has many great features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper or as a standalone crib, and is suitable for infants ranging from birth to six months. It's easy to open and close the side panel with a brand new mechanism. It's also more adjustable than the predecessor, with 11 different height settings and retractable legs for a secure fit underneath any bed.
Our testers were impressed by the ease of access offered by the side panel, which can be moved upwards and downwards with just one click of a switch. This was a huge benefit in feedings at night because it meant they could easily reach in and take their baby away without disturbing them up.
The side panel can be lowered by itself, too however, it's not advised as it increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism ensures that it can only remain in place if it is connected to the parent's bed correctly. This feature is fantastic for peace of mind if you breastfeed and require frequent night feeds.
The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be a perfect fit for any bed, including divan bases and beds with drawers, thanks to the telescopic legs. It comes with a tilting function for babies with reflux, as well as the ability to rock to calm them after a meal. It's also extremely spacious and has excellent ventilation due to its mesh sides.
The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers even with the lengthy instruction manual. The kit for conversion to cot is also well-designed, with clear instructions. It includes everything you require. It took us an hour to put together and was fairly straightforward. The only issue was the absence of captions written on some of the pictures, which made it difficult to follow some of the steps. Overall, the process was easy and the materials used were of top quality.
In co-sleeping mode we discovered the Shnuggle Air to be an ideal choice for breastfeeding mothers and women who have had a C-section since it allows them to easily reach out to their baby to feed and comfort them without having to climb out of their bed. It's great for parents who don't want the hassle of putting their baby in a traditional cot, or even getting them out of it.
The gliding motion was found to be very beneficial in lulling babies into sleep after feedings during the midday or at night. The drop-down sides make it easy to feed or soothe babies during the night. This was a huge selling point for our exhausted test mums. Although it doesn't rock or come with extra features, like a sound system the Joie Roomie Glide's sleek design and functionality are a welcome addition to our best Bedside Crib With Changing Table crib reviews.
