This model is able to handle floor cleaning tasks without any assistance, including mopping, sweeping and dusting. Its base station requires slightly more space than other models, requiring 50cm either side and 150cm in the front.

However, I discovered that the X10 may be stuck on thicker rugs, crashing noisily over them and sometimes pushing its front brush into them.

This is a great robo-vacuum and mop however, it's let down by the clunky application. Eufy Clean's application isn't as easy to use as the iRobot App, which guides you through the process of setting up your robot up and teaches you how to use. It's still a great choice but it also offers plenty of customizability for those that want to make the most of its capabilities.

5. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a new version of Switchbot's Mini robot remote vacuum cleaner. This latest version is a combination of an Anti-Tangle Rubber Brush, Advanced Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) sensor and upgraded suction power that can reach up to 3000Pa, which provides greater corner coverage and overall cleaning.

The K10 Plus uses SLAM navigation which is a simple application and a thorough cleaning process. The PSD sensor and the rotary brush work together to navigate furniture. The four-stage cleaning system combines sweeps, lifts, and vacuums to eliminate dust from floors and carpets. The dust bin automatically emptys itself, so you don't have to be concerned about emptying it often.

The app also allows you to mark areas of the space that you would like the device to stay clear of like pets or power cords. This is a feature commonly found in robotic vacuums. It's useful when certain areas of your home need more attention.

You can set the K10 Plus to return to its base station every 60, 75 or 90 minutes to automatically empty its trash bin. This is an improvement over other robots that must be returned regularly and manually empty, which can save you time.

In my tests, I found that the K10 Plus' battery life was excellent. It lasted 110 mins on one charge. This is much more than the iRobot Roomba Combo's time of 127 minutes.
